Our cloud intelligent system can highly fit in with Alpha T to offer remote diagnosis & maintenance and operating guidance to users. Its built-in nesting software makes one-machine nesting & cutting possible. Alpha T is compatible with MES system and easily identifies most nesting codes to free users from working worries. As a result, stock layout and material utilization are improved by 20% and 10% respectively. Cutting precision is up to 0.1mm at the speed of 30m/min.
THREE-IN-ONE BUS LAYOUT
To cut thick sheets in stable, efficient, energy-saving and environmental-friendly manner and make laser cutting industry well-developed, HSG has put forward “three-in-one bus” standards for medium-to-high-power machines, namely, bus control system+bus cutting head+bus laser. Alpha T, a critical part of this integral layout, has remarkable advantages in signal transmission, which drastically replaces the traditional pulse- or analog quantity-based hardwared control system and makes high-power machine bed cut stably by its high-speed, stable and convenient transmission mode.
